   Bachelor's Degree in any faculty with 50% marks in aggregate or 45% marks in the subject concerned or equivalent examination.

   Master's degree of this or another University in another subject or another faculty.

   A person who has passed the BA Hons. School in English / Punjabi shall also be eligible

   A student who has passed the +2 exam of PSEB /CBSE or any other equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in English and 50% marks in aggregate is eligible
