   Eligibility

   Bachelor's Degree in any faculty with 50% marks in aggregate or 45% marks in the subject concerned or equivalent examination.
   or
   Master's degree of this or another University in another subject or another faculty.
   or
   A person who has passed BA with 45% marks in Public Administration or Sociology, shall be eligible.
