Our College being affiliated to Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar follows the academic calendar issued by the University. Deliberations are made for the appropriate division of the syllabus. Every department divides the given syllabus in two parts, to be covered before and after the pre semester examination. It is worth mentioning that Heads of departments allot the classes much before the session and also intimate the teachers about any kind of proposed changes in the syllabus of the coming year so that they have sufficient time to prepare the same. The academic calendar of the college is prepared well in advance at the beginning of the session and the same is communicated to the students so that they may plan it accordingly. Students are also intimated by their respective teachers about the division of the syllabus right in the beginning of the session. Week wise plans are made by the teachers at their level and are followed as such.
