Department of Education, Doaba College, Jalandhar organized an educational visit to PAHAL, NCLP and Pingla Ghar on December 18, 2021 under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Pardeep Bhandari, Principal of the college. The Students of semester I, III and V of the department interacted with the teachers and students of the schools run by Pahal and NCLP. The students of the department distributed study material to the students as a token of love to the students. then the students of the department visited the Pingla Ghar situated at gulab devi road jalandhar. Where they met with various handicapped, mentally retarded and orphan children. the students came to know how these children are taken care of by the authorities. The department donated at pingla ghar as a help to the organization of pingla ghar. Dr. Avinash Bawa, Head of the department and faculty members of the department accompained the students to these places.The main purpose of the visit were to inculcate empathy, cooperation, brotherhood of man and father hood of the god among pupil teachers so that they can develop holistically.
