Placement and Industry Interface Cell of Doaba College plays a vital role in building Industry-Academia relationship. Our team is shaping the career of young aspirants with our dynamic and innovative approach. The placement and industry interface cell functions round the year and 24X7 to facilitate graduates and post-graduates to become industry-ready. In this regard, the cell provides on-campus mentoring and counseling sessions, guest lectures/seminars/workshops by industry expert, hands on experience through simulation and experiential learning modules, real-time experience by having industrial training and visits. Thus, we are very much successful to build good statistics by having ample and quality placements in India and overseas. Placement and Industry Interface Cell is closely working with District Bureau of Employment and Entrepreneurship (DBEE). We have conducted many activities in collaboration with DBEE to cater the need of job seekers and creators. Because, the motive is not ending with job placements, we are also encouraging students to join vocational and skill development training programmes to become budding entrepreneurs in order to contribute and support the campaign of Government of India under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi i.e. ‘Atam Nirbhar Bharat’.

Placement and Industry Interface cell is inviting and successfully placing their students in top brands of India and global MNCs. Every year companies like Concentix, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI, HDFC Life, IDFC, Future Generali and media houses viz. Radio Mirchi, My FM, Punjab Kesri, Dainik Bhaskar, Dainik Jagran, Jagbani, Ajit Samachar, PTC Punjabi recruiting our students. Apart from the same students are also venturing abroad with our efforts for placement at Maison Claude Darroze (France) and Global Tulip (UAE). We are also arranging industrial training for our students at prominent business houses like Hotel The Grand (New Delhi), Raddison Blu (New Delhi), Hyatt Place, (Hampi-Karnataka), Hyatt Regency (Amritsar-Punjab) and Resort Rio (Goa).
