Students of P.G. Dept. of Journalism and Mass Communication, Doaba College,  attended a seminar entitled 'Punjab Problems and Prospects', organized by Punjab Press Club, Jalandhar remembering Sh. R. N. Singh on his anniversary. In this seminar, Retired Principal and Economist, Dr. Bikram Singh Virk discussed the financial situation of Punjab with facts and figures. He analyzed the work of previous governments who ruled over Punjab in last 25 years.
