A seminar on “Oral Wellness and Preventive Care” was successfully organized by the Department of Biotechnology and Paramedical Sciences at Doaba College, Jalandhar. The session aimed to spread awareness about oral hygiene, oral diseases, and preventive healthcare practices among students and faculty members.

The seminar was graced by the presence of Resource Person, Dr. Manju Bala, a renowned dental surgeon with experience of 30 years. She delivered an insightful and informative lecture covering important topics such as oral cancer, trigeminal neuralgia (nerve pain), and major risk factors like tobacco use, poor oral hygiene, and infections. The presentation was supported with visual slides, making it engaging and easy to understand for the audience.
