Physics Faculty attended winter school at ICTS Bengaluru

Dr Narinder Kumar, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Physics, Doaba College Jalandhar has been selected for participating in the International School on Probing the Hadron Structure at the Electron Ion Collider at International Centre for Theoretical Sciences-Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Bengaluru held from 29th January to 2nd February 2024. In the school scientists from Jefferson Lab, USA, University of Pavia, Italy, University of Turin, Italy, Centre for Frontiers in Nuclear Science, Stony Brook University, USA were present to deliver lectures on the EIC Physics (An upcoming machine to understand the internal structure of the proton and to answer many fundamental questions in physics).
