TASTE BATTLE 1.0

The department of Tourism and Hotel Management witnessed the Culinary Showcase in The Taste Battle, a departmental chef competition organised for the aspiring chefs from the First Year of Bachelor's in Tourism and Hotel Management and Diploma in Food Production students on 09-08-2024.

A total of 6 teams comprising 24 students participated in the event to show their creativity in the culinary.

Dr. Bharti Gupta and Dr. Manjeet graced the event as Judges assisted by Prof. Vishal and Chef Raman along with other faculty members, Prof. Jagmit Singh and Prof. Harpreet Kaur.

Team Flame Fighters bagged the Champions tag and Team Kitchen Wizards was announced as the 1st Runner-Up.

The event was concluded by the motivational words shared by Prof. Vishal Sharma, Head of Department.
