Wine Level-1 Course

The department of Tourism and Hotel Management organised a Wine Level-1 course in association with The Liquor Coach on 4, March, 2024.

The course was attended by around 25 students of the department who are interested to see their future as bartender professionals. Sommelier Mr. Mukesh Kumar guided the students during the whole course. The course was done in 2 parts. During the first part, Mr. Mukesh, theoretically guided the students about types of wines, their manufacturing units, storage and their process of formation. During the other part, students tasted and got to know the professional way of wine tastings where they tasted around 6 different types of wines. The course concluded after 30 minutes of MCQ exams that is necessary to clear the level-1.
