Short film, “Pachaan” by students of P.G department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Doaba college, bagged first prize in short film making competition organised by CT group of institutions. Around      colleges  participated in this event. Around 44 students of PG Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of Doaba college, through five different short films showcased their creative skils and innovative ideas.
