Department of NSS, NCC and Health & Wellbeing Committee of Doaba College Jalandhar jointly organized a Cyclathon-2022 (bicycle rally) under the Government of India program entitled Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat. A total of 50 members participated in the bicycle rally. Principal Dr. Pardeep Bhandari encouraged the participants to get actively involved in all Nation-building programs. He also highlighted the role of such events in shaping the personalities of students. Prof. Sukhvinder, coordinator of the event, briefed the objectives of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat to the participants that advocate national integration and unity in diversity. The rally started at 6:00 AM from Doaba College Main Gate and reached company bagh via Kapurthalla chowk. At Company bagh, Prof. Suresh Mago and other teachers demonstrated various physical exercises to all the participants which can help maintain good health. All the participants came back to college at 8:30 AM.
